Fear creates a confusing environment

From where we often make irrational and emotional decisions

Fear can be like wearing blinders- tunnel vision.

Unable to see truths around us

Paralyzes us

Fear – uncontrollable emotions

Actions we can’t undo

Destruction of ourselves and those around us

Fear is the orchestrator of chaos

Shuts out the light and the hope

Takes our breath – Suffocates

Fear is a friend of the darkness around us

But there is ONE who carries the light of love

A love that softens the heart

Dissolves hate.

Love bends us to understanding and compassion

Love offers us hope

Love offers us acceptance

Love offers us life

We don’t have to agree with one another

We don’t have to be the same color, have the same religious beliefs, have the same backgrounds

We don’t have to be the same to love one another.

To be kind to one another,

To have compassion on one another

Can we please find another way – not violence

By all means stand firm in your beliefs

No one is asking you to change

Can we just love and be kind
